I'm Bas Green, a Berowra local. I started a fitness trainer in 2004, providing personal training in the Berowra and Hornsby areas. As local demand for effective - and affordable - outdoor group fitness sessions grew, I created BAS Health & Fitness. Bas Green, Owner and Head Trainer I am an expert fitness trainer with over a decade of athletic performance coaching experience.
I have a Masters of Exercise & Sports Science from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Australian Catholic University. I’m also an accredited Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Level 2 Australian Weightlifting Federation Coach.
I’m currently a Strength & Conditioning coach for the Norths Rugby after working in the same role for several years at Penrith Panthers and Rabbitohs Juniors.
My approach to fitness is to educate people about a healthy, sustainable lifestyle where physical activity and balanced nutrition become part of your daily routine and are no longer a chore.
Rugby, weight lifting, hiking and running are some of my interests. I’m passionate about the biomechanics, nutrition and science of performance coaching. I'm a born and bred Berowra local and live here with my wife and three children.
Adriana Tusnea, Hornsby Heights & Westleigh Trainer Adriana Tusnea, a local mum of two young children, is an experienced group and personal trainer. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and being part of your journey to leading a healthier, fitter and more functional lifestyle.

A certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Adriana also holds Level 1 & 2 Kettlebell Trainer Certificates and a Level 1 Boxing Certificate.
She loves weightlifting, kettlebell training, obstacle racing and the great outdoors. Adriana uses her training in obstacle racing, rock climbing, trail running and skiing.
Adriana would love to have you join her in obstacle events and local runs as she is a regular Spartan Race and Tough Mudder participant.
