Berowra's best group fitness, pilates-style RRR and kids sessions are are held Monday to Saturday at our local ovals. With time slots in the early morning, mid morning, midday and evening, there is a time available to suit everyone.
Sessions are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. Adaptations can easily be made to accommodate for injuries or those starting out.
Sessions still run if there is wet weather. There are undercover spaces at each training location.
